The power to address society’s challenges and transform our systems begins by attuning to the interior condition of those a part of it.

Stefanie Tocco is a leadership educator and systems change catalyst with 15+ years of cross-sector experience spanning corporate, nonprofit and education.

Her work focuses on the development and facilitation of awareness-based and human-centric models of leadership, and is committed to creating space for leaders to attune into their inner dimensions, and engage in a new collective consciousness in order to scale up transformational literacy and actualize the potential for positive change within the education and business sectors.

Stefanie is a part of MIT’s Presencing Institute, U-School for Transformation, an awareness-based systems change action lab and leads mental and emotional wellness programming at Bank of America. She founded a community of practice for mothers to step into their role as leaders at home and in our communities and is a co-creator of ‘Raising the Vibration within Education’, a global and virtual workshop for educators to attune to their heart work.  She authored the Ways of Being’ card deck, a collaborative and visual tool for families to practice character-building at home, and is currently co-authoring a new action-based workbook for kids and families to prioritize inner skills first.  Stefanie holds an MA in International Relations from The George Washington University and has been certified in multiple conscious leadership and human development modalities including the Presencing Institute Leading From the Emerging Future, Behavior Science Design, Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the Trauma Resource Institute’s Community Resilience Model, and the Silva Intuition System, among others.

In her spare time, she loves to move and create; run, surf, swim and do mixed media art.  Stefanie lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and two kids, who are her most humbling teachers of all.
