Shannon has worked with over twenty thousand leaders on six continents to launch big ideas and create new realities for their leadership, teams, and organizations. She began her career at Price Waterhouse as an organization change consultant and honed her craft at Coca-Cola where she was trained by Peter Senge in systems consulting. She has contributed to six additional books on leadership and talent management.
