Scott’s career is unique as it encompasses decades of best-in-class leadership experiences in senior operations and human resources at large Fortune 50 companies such as PepsiCo and Kraft, private equity portfolio company executive roles, and Human Capital leadership for multiple Private Equity firms in widely varied industries and investment philosophies.  Scott has wide-ranging experiences in governance with the board of director roles including a chair role, multiple formal PE firm and company advisory roles, Angel investing, and finally as a founding investment partner at a small private equity firm.

All those experiences were brought together in 2016 to form BAS. Since then, Scott and his team have served dozens of domestic and international private equity firms and hedge funds across scores of their portfolio companies.
