Sally ParkerSally believes that all organizations are capable of flourishing when the right conditions are present- and that creating those conditions is our most crucial work. She co-founded TimeZero Enterprises to help leaders create those conditions and unleash the life force of their organizations as flourishing living systems – naturally innovative, productive, profitable, and healthy.

Sally brings an integrated background in organizational strategy, design, and development; polarity thinking; complex adaptive systems / systems thinking; biomimicry; architecture; and cultural anthropology to her work. She has guided organizations in all sectors, helping leaders envision new futures and develop the strategies and designs to accomplish those futures. Her passion: social process innovations that release the authentic power of the human spirit. The outcomes: inventive strategies, innovative designs, and transformed businesses grounded in a deep sense of purpose.

Sally speaks and teaches globally on Living Organizations and has been invited to present at multiple conferences including the Academy of Management, European Organization Design Forum, Organization Design Forum, Business as an Agent of World Benefit, International Organization Development Association, Creativity and Innovation in Management, Global Appreciative Inquiry, and a series of Designing Organizations for Sustainability conferences in partnership with the Center for Effective Organizations at the University of Southern California.

The author of numerous case studies and articles on living systems, sustainability and polarity management, Sally has contributed to The Secret Sause for Leading Transformative Change (2022), And: Making a Difference by Leveraging Polarity, Paradox or Dilemma, Volume Two: Applications (2021), Organization Development and Change by Thomas G. Cummings and Christopher G. Worley 11th Edition (2018), and Organizing for Sustainability (2008, 2010).

A Gestalt certified coach and practitioner, Sally is faculty for the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland. Driven by her passion for learning, she has completed numerous Master level certifications including Polarity Thinking, Advanced Strategic Organization Design, Theory U, Appreciative Inquiry. She is also a Certified Biomimicry Specialist, applying strategies from natural adaptive systems to helps organizations take on their most vexing challenges.

Sally holds a BA in Interior Design, a BS in Cultural Anthropology, and all coursework for an MA in Cultural Anthropology from Kent State University.

Sally also serves as a volunteer leader in her professional and local business communities. She is president of HR Leadership Group of Northeast Ohio, a legacy board member for The Ronald McDonald House of Cleveland, and a past board member of the Society of Organizational Learning North America (SoL NA).
