Robyn Singh is a leadership and business coach and consultant and the Founder of BridgeWays Consulting. She has over 30 years of experience working with companies including premiere global brands such as Microsoft and Amazon, as well as technology start-ups, and manufacturing and social services organizations. Prior to launching her coaching and consulting business, Robyn held executive HR positions leading global organizations through change and achieving new levels of performance and growth.
Robyn excels in a systems approach leveraging her broad strategic and operational experience to help her clients achieve transformative outcomes. Her areas of focus are leadership coaching and consulting in change management, talent development, organization development and HR strategy and operations.
She is passionate about partnering with leaders and their teams to embrace change, overcome obstacles and achieve their potential. She draws on her innate curiosity to help others expand their perspectives, see options more clearly, experiment with new mindsets and skills and build stronger inner resources and capabilities. Robyn is an ICF accredited coach and received her coaching certification through the Hudson Institute of Coaching. She holds certifications in PROSCI change management and Lominger’s Leadership Architect and completed in-depth training in Immunity to Change, Facilitative Leadership, Mediation, Appreciative Inquiry, PowerLab, Positive Intelligence and Design Thinking. She earned her Master of Science in Organization Development from Central Washington University.
Robyn lives in Seattle and collaborates with clients across the globe. She enjoys spending time with family, volunteering with non-profits, playing with her dog, gardening, hiking, traveling and birding.
