Rebecca FederRebecca Feder has coached hundreds of executives and teams helping them understand how motivation and different management styles can positively impact performance. She has been consistently recognized for delivering innovative solutions that drive alignment and deliver results. Her experience includes consulting and in-house HR, plus operations and business development line management positions. She has worked across many industries including pharmaceutical, industrial, financial, media, supply chain, academic and non-profit.

Prior to launching her coaching and consulting practice, Rebecca spent four years with Tyco International where she led HR for a $3.5B portfolio of global Product businesses. She also spent nearly ten years at Bristol Myers Squibb in Talent Management and Business Partner roles.

Rebecca holds a MBA in Strategy & Finance from the Weatherhead School at Case Western Reserve University and a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College. She is certified as a leadership coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF, PCC-level), Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance (LCOP), Advanced Interpretation and Development Coaching by Hogan Assessments, DISC behavior and motivations assessments by TTI Success Insights, and FIRO by CPP. Rebecca is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Rebecca is a Board Trustee for the non-profits Housing Initiatives of Princeton and Princeton Charter School.
