Pat is a leadership coach, business consultant & strategist, and advisor to boards of directors & family-owned businesses.  He founded Ho’ohana Partners LLC to serve large corporations, small companies, and non-profits and help them achieve more impactful results.

Prior to starting his consulting practice, Pat spend 25 years in corporate roles with Bank of America, Frito-Lay, The Limited, and Occidental Petroleum.  He has worked around the world–across North America and to South America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

He has taught undergraduate and graduate students at Iowa State University, San Francisco State University, University of Phoenix, and University of Houston-Downtown.  He’s a Board member for The Kauai Museum, Leadership Kauai , and the Kauai Chamber of Commerce.

Pat earned his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Iowa State University.  He’s a Registered I/O Psychologist in Hawaii (PSYI-7) and a Licensed I/O Psychologist in Texas (30576).
