Jen is an executive coach and leadership consultant to C-suite executives and their teams. She founded Jenuwin Leadership, LLC based on her experience that leadership success is amplified when we Bring the Human Back into Being at work.

Prior to starting her practice, Jen spent 20+ years in corporate and executive roles with Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, Southeastern Grocers, and Leidos.

Jen helps organizations, teams, and executives address their toughest challenges so they can propel large-scale change and high performance. From executive assimilation that jump-starts time to impact, to helping organizations translate strategy into action, Jen has a track record of producing positive, lasting results for organizations.

She has led numerous organizational culture and customer experience transformations. One of those, as part of a larger business turnaround, was published in 2021 as a Harvard Business School Case Study for what works. Jen is also experienced in organization design and was the executive sponsor for “the world’s most complex organization re-design” according to a leading expert.

Jen has a BA in Business and Psychology from Valparaiso University and an MA & PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. Jen travels internationally, writes, volunteers, mentors, and enjoys coastal life in Atlantic Beach, FL.
