For more than 18 years, Jamie has consulted with organizations across a wide variety of industries and led high-performing teams to craft their talent development systems and develop their leadership practices. He has built and led talent development functions that design and implement programs which have a significant impact on business results and strengthen capabilities of individuals across the enterprise. Immediately prior to launching his coaching practice, Jamie dedicated more than 8 years to growing a talent & organizational development function from the ground up that served an enterprise population of ~30,000.
Jamie has coached and mentored across all levels of organizations; executive to front-line, to advise and aid their professional development journey. His listen-first approach leads to comprehensive and personalized plans with concrete actions that achieve objectives.
