She has over 35 years experience directing growth, innovation and design thinking and served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer for Kimberly-Clark reporting to the CEO and Chairman of the Board. Cheryl had responsibility for Kimberly-Clark’s innovation and enterprise growth

organizations, including research and development, materials development, engineering, design, new business, global strategic alliances, environment, safety and regulatory affairs, and innovation processes, systems and tools.

As President of Innovationedge LLC, she is leading companies across many industries build sustainable organizational capabilities and define and develop sustainable growth opportunities. Cheryl significantly contributes to a company’s reorganization and to the development of global business plans for the health care sector, specialty chemicals, industrial products, food service and consumer products.

She provides leadership to global teams, and oversees the development of new strategic business opportunities, new products and novel technologies to ensure long-term growth and competitive advantage.
