Alysia A. Bullock

Alysia began her career in HR in 1998 driven by a desire to better understand leader and team dynamics in the workplace. She spent 25+ years coaching and consulting for hundreds of pharma and biotech executives and senior leaders across various global R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain functions. She has partnered with organizations of 10 -100K employees, navigating growth, launch, acquisition, restructure, and divestiture phases.

Leveraging her HR, business acumen, industry experience, living abroad, and partnering with a wide variety of leadership styles, Alysia develops trusted relationships to co-create plans that support leaders in accelerating impact- both in results and leadership. These learnings include discovery of habits and patterns, current versus desired leadership presence, and actionable commitments with accountability for sustained change.

She is a ProSci Change Management expert and a licensed partitioner in Insights Discovery- a popular assessment tool for self-awareness. She currently holds a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation through ICF (International Coaching Federation). Alysia mentors emerging leaders in a local Leadership Program and advises biotech start-up leaders in the local Knoxville area.

She originates from the Northeast and current resides in Eastern Tennessee with her partner, Scott, and small crew of rescue animals.
