Michele Cohen is a bilingual & multicultural executive coach and facilitator.  She serves as a thinking partner to executives & emerging leaders who strive to achieve greatness by continuing to grow their own leadership while inspiring others to excellence. She supports executives to lead through complexity with clarity, purpose and intention, to accelerate potential, elevate performance, & amplify their impact. She is known for elevating leadership effectiveness & for transforming organizations by creating world class high performing elite teams.  She embraces technology, data & AI as a compliment to human coaching.

In 2016 Michele established her executive & team coaching practice to support executives to become the leaders their organizations need. She works with leaders to build and leverage strengths, navigate challenges & take advantage of opportunities. She takes an action oriented approach to coaching and seeks to provoke reflection and identify actions in three areas that will drive advancement in leadership. The three pillars are 1) mindset, 2) behaviors, and 3) communication. She challenges & supports leaders to stretch themselves to align strategic vision and business objectives with principles of behavioral science and human centered leadership.  She is an EMCC certified Senior Practitioner and holds the ITCA Team coaching certification.  She is known for her deep listening skills, strong diagnostics, for quickly establishing a safe & trusting environment, for her ability to connect dots, and for bringing her business acumen to coaching. The breadth of Michele´s coaching & facilitation work reflects the diversity in her business background, spanning industries, geographical locations and ranging from small agile start-ups to large Fortune 500 organizations.

Prior to establishing her coaching practice, Michele dedicated her career to working as an international business strategy consultant.  Michele worked globally across industries with private companies, start-ups, scale ups and multinationals organizations. She developed international expansion strategies, launched international divisions in commercial roles responsible for generating new revenue, and stepped in as an operator to lead already established multi- million dollar business units holding P&L responsibility and managing the full business from product design and development to sales, marketing, logistic and supply chain, customer service and finance. Michele worked across industries and established business operations in over 50 countries.  She has lived and worked extensively across the Americas, Europe, Asia and Australia. Her industry experience includes, but is not limited to manufacturing, pharmaceutical and life sciences, technology & software, telecommunications, consumer goods, food and beverage, entertainment and finance.

Michele holds an BA from Cornell University and an MBA in International business from ESIC, Spain. Michele is a curious lifelong learner, active sportswoman and musical enthusiast. She is a dual EU- US citizenship spending time between her home in Spain and her current location in Philadelphia, PA.
