Dr. Vlad Vaiman is a globally respected authority on talent strategy, workforce agility, and international HRM, with over two decades of experience advising organizations across North America and Europe. He has worked with major corporations such as IBM, OMV, Magna International, Amgen, and The Cheesecake Factory, among others, helping them solve complex challenges related to talent retention, organizational design, and cross-cultural leadership. Vlad brings a rare blend of strategic insight and global perspective, informed by his current governance role at California Lutheran University’s School of Management and by leadership positions across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
