A clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience in human development, executive assessment, coaching, and communication training, Susan has a deep understanding of human capital. Drawing from her extensive background in psychology, human development, communications and systems theory, Susan is equipped to handle the leadership issues business executives face today.
Although Susan has worked with clients at all levels of organizations, her specialty is working with senior executives. She also enjoys team assessment and development work, and regularly facilitates Hogan Assessment Certification Workshops and the Hogan Advanced Workshops. She has a high degree of expertise with the Hogan Assessment suite and has authored guidelines for interpretation in the advanced assessment workshops, the Hogan book Coaching the Dark Side of Personality, and presentations to the Hogan Coaching Network.
In addition to her coaching and development work, Susan regularly works in the selection space with a focus on C-suite and senior executives in consideration for leadership positions.
Susan has successfully developed two boutique consulting firms and taught Human Development and Personality Theory at Duquesne University. She currently lives in Raleigh, NC with her family.
