Kate Neville started her career as an attorney, then became a management consultant advising public and private entities across the country, and served as a non-profit executive. Her experience includes managing complex research projects, leading presentations, focus groups, and workshops for a range of audiences, and founding her own business.
As an executive coach, Kate works closely with leaders to strengthen management skills, heighten emotional intelligence, and develop the capacity to communicate effectively across differences. She frequently facilitates high-stakes meetings, learning and development workshops, and critical conversations.
Kate is a graduate of Princeton University and Harvard Law School. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, having completed her training with New Ventures West. A former Austinite and Brooklynite, Kate now lives in DC with her husband, twins, and several pets.
